Duke of Edinburgh – July 2024

For a number of years now, Stocklake Park school has been offering the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award to its 6th formers. This is an internationally recognised award and involves helping the community/environment, becoming fitter and healthier, developing new skills, planning, training for and completing an expedition. It is offered to the year 13 & 14 students.

We run it on a 2 year cycle with the last cohort of 4 students completing and achieving their award in July 2024, with their expedition being run at College Lake (near Tring) and Stanwick Lakes (Northampton). As always the students exceled and had a great time.
