We are pleased to announce that, upon our return from half-term last week, we unveiled the newly installed Sensory Room at Stocklake Park School.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Ben and his wonderful son Max – a Stocklake Park student, to the official reveal. Together Ben and Max’s step-mum Jennie, generously contributed £12,000 towards the renovations and equipment, raised through their wedding. Our school charity MASKS also contributed additional funds towards the installation through their fundraising efforts.

The new Sensory Room features padded walls with vibrating panels, iPad-controlled lighting, and a ceiling projector that displays interactive imagery onto the floor.

Our staff were delighted to explore the new space and are looking forward to spending time in the room with students. The Sensory Room now provides a calm, soothing, and engaging environment where students can retreat to whenever they need to.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ben and Jennie, Max’s parents, and to MASKS for their generosity and support.
